• Marketing and analytics signals only when those tools are enabled (see "Third-party services" below).

• To review and respond to your inquiry.
• To match your request with appropriate suppliers and produce quotations.
• To send transactional emails confirming receipt of your inquiry.
• To prevent abuse of our inquiry system (rate-limiting, fraud detection).

We do not sell or rent your information. We do not add you to marketing lists without explicit opt-in.

Third-party services

We rely on the following providers to operate the site. Each processes data only as needed to perform its function:

• Vercel Inc. hosts the website and runs serverless functions. Server access logs are retained per Vercel's policy.
• Resend delivers transactional emails (the inquiry notification to our team and the confirmation email back to you).
• Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4 may be enabled to measure traffic and ad performance. They use cookies or similar identifiers and may process pseudonymous browsing data. You can opt out at any time through your browser settings or platform privacy controls.

Data retention

Inquiry emails are retained in our mailbox for the duration of the related sourcing engagement plus a reasonable period for audit and tax purposes. Server logs are typically retained 30 days. You can request earlier deletion by contacting us.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data in jurisdictions outside the country where you are located, including the European Union and the United States. We rely on these providers' standard contractual safeguards.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing marketing@grandportintl.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.

Cookies

The site uses cookies only when third-party analytics or advertising tools are enabled. We do not use cookies for non-essential personalisation.

Children
